At this time, there are only two ways you can change a flight, hotel, and/or car reservation.

1) You may cancel the travel event and then book another travel event with the changes you need.

2) You can call Tripware Traveler Support at 877-FLY-4BIZ (phone support charges may apply). Tripware expects to enable changes to travel events via the “Change Trip” button in the very near future.

Tripware can be set to provide you with important information, alerts, and reminders via your choice of email, text message, and/or voice call.  These notifications can be set by accessing your online Travel Profile. Notifications such as check-in reminder, gate information, and flight delayed alert are just some of the notifications available to you. Notifications are just one way that Tripware ensures you Have a Great Trip!

Key Feature: Hassle-free Booking!

In an Outlook® calendar appointment, enter the "Subject" as you normally do. For "Location," enter city, zip code, address, or a landmark where your meeting will occur. Next, click the "Book Trip" icon embedded in the calendar appointment menu ribbon (upper, right of window). The Tripware Booking Window pops-up. You will see that the trip name, destination, and travel times are already filled in based on your calendar entries!
