Key Feature: Hassle-free Booking! In an Outlook® calendar appointment, enter the "Subject" as you normally do. For "Location," enter city, zip code, address, or a landmark where your meeting will occur. Next, click the "Book Trip" icon embedded in the calendar appointment menu ribbon (upper, right of window). The Tripware Booking Window pops-up. You will see that the trip name, destination, and travel times are already filled in based on your calendar entries! |
