You may add a flight, hotel, or car to an existing reservation by selecting the travel in question and then clicking “Change Trip” located in the Tripware Calendar Plugin or Tripware Travel Center, depending on which one you used to book the trip. You may add a flight, hotel, and/or car. You can also call Tripware Traveler Support at 877-FLY-4BIZ (phone support charges may apply).

Key Feature: Hassle-free Booking!

In an Outlook® calendar appointment, enter the "Subject" as you normally do. For "Location," enter city, zip code, address, or a landmark where your meeting will occur. Next, click the "Book Trip" icon embedded in the calendar appointment menu ribbon (upper, right of window). The Tripware Booking Window pops-up. You will see that the trip name, destination, and travel times are already filled in based on your calendar entries!
