You will receive a complete itinerary with all your travel arrangement confirmation numbers, times, important telephone numbers, and appropriate flight, hotel, and/or car information. In addition, Tripware offers you a map of your destination as well as a weather forecast. You can find your itinerary in the calendar entry you used to book your trip. We also offer text messaging (SMS) options to list your itinerary.

Tripware stores all your preferences, requirements, payments and reports in your own online Travel Profile.  It is secure, simple, & easy.  Your Travel Profile is essential to making Tripware offer the fastest and most personalized travel solution!  Tripware Outbook, MoBook, DeskBook, and WebBook pull preferences from your Travel Profile each time you book a trip.

Key Feature: Travel Notifications!

Tripware can be set to provide you with important information, alerts, and reminders via your choice of email, text message, and/or voice call.  These notifications can be set by accessing your online Travel Profile. Notifications such as check-in reminder, gate information, and flight delayed alert are just some of the notifications available to you. Notifications are just one way that Tripware ensures you Have a Great Trip!

Key Feature: Hassle-free Booking!

In an Outlook® calendar appointment, enter the "Subject" as you normally do. For "Location," enter city, zip code, address, or a landmark where your meeting will occur. Next, click the "Book Trip" icon embedded in the calendar appointment menu ribbon (upper, right of window). The Tripware Booking Window pops-up. You will see that the trip name, destination, and travel times are already filled in based on your calendar entries!
