If you have set your notification preferences to receive confirmations or changes, you will receive them via email. You can also access confirmations and changes directly from the Tripware Calendar Plugin by clicking on the travel in question. Or you can access from the Tripware Travel Center if you do not have Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Tripware can be set to provide you with important information, alerts, and reminders via your choice of email, text message, and/or voice call.  These notifications can be set by accessing your online Travel Profile. Notifications such as check-in reminder, gate information, and flight delayed alert are just some of the notifications available to you. Notifications are just one way that Tripware ensures you Have a Great Trip!

Key Feature: Hassle-free Booking!

In an Outlook® calendar appointment, enter the "Subject" as you normally do. For "Location," enter city, zip code, address, or a landmark where your meeting will occur. Next, click the "Book Trip" icon embedded in the calendar appointment menu ribbon (upper, right of window). The Tripware Booking Window pops-up. You will see that the trip name, destination, and travel times are already filled in based on your calendar entries!
