Remotian releases updates to Outlook® (OutBook) and the Travel Center (the client application) as problems are corrected or new features and functionallity are added. These updates are placed on a Tripware Software Download server and the client application continuously moniters the server for updated versions.
When an updated version is available, the client application notifies you a newer version is available.

The client does not force a download of the newer version. You must agree to the update and follow the instructions for removing the old client application and installing the new, updated client application.
When an update is available, the travel plans created by the old client will not be lost during the upgrade process. The older travel plans will be available in the updated Outlook® (OutBook) calender or the Travel Planner just as they were before the update.
